Matt and I spent this beautiful overcast day thrifting in Brooklyn in one of our favorite neighborhoods. We were also on the lookout for holiday gifts (getting a head start this year!)
The bracelet that I have on in these photos is going to make a perfect stocking stuffer, and I am so so excited to team up with the Red Cross to promote it. Each bracelet that is sold goes entirely to support the Red Cross for disaster relief around the world. I couldn't be more on board to support a beautiful cause this holiday season.

I've found that working from home leaves life a lot less structured, which is beautiful. I've been embracing it, and loving not having it all together all the time. PJ's until 1PM? Sure, why not!
Here's some snapshots of what my life looks like. It's been really fun the past few weeks, really really fun. I was thinking the other day about how quickly time slips through your fingertips. It is one of my biggest fears in life to turn around and go WOAH 10 years have passed and this isn't who or where I want to be. If you feel like that will be you, then do something about it! I loved my last job, but I knew the lifestyle it provided for me was not how I wanted to live my life. I spent a lot of days feeling a little heartbroken inside at missing out on being outside, or seeing new things or having new experiences. It made me sad when I hit 1 year there and realized in an entire year, I had only taken 1 big trip. This wasn't following my life mantra, and I knew it. I am not going to let that happen anymore. I was given only one, people, and THIS IS IT. It is scary, but true.
Here's to doing everything our teenage selves would have wanted us to do!
p.s. To start, I send myself BLOOMS every week to make the house prettier! You can get 10% off of yours with the code: STEFFYSPANDCS10 from BloomThat!

This was my first time flying to another country all by myself, and it was quite therapeutic for me. I traveled for my new job at letgo, and was able to meet the entire team (who I adore!) and enjoy all that this beautiful city has to offer. I have to admit, I didn't want to leave. I had been to Barca once before, and already knew how much I loved it, but during this trip my love deepened. Maybe because I felt like less of a tourist and more like a temporary resident, or maybe it's because of all of the incredible people I was given the opportunity to meet.
I stayed at the H10 in port vell, which I definitely recommend! I spent most of my time off exploring El Born, which is so beautiful and romantic, especially at night when all of the lights are lit up. My friend took me into Dr. Bloom, which is the adorable store pictured above. I was a bit crushed to leave.
Barcelona, I will see you again soon. Love, Steffy

When it comes to starting my day, I am 100% an early riser, work-out-in-the-morning and start the day with positive energy kind of person. Because of this, I was super excited about St. Ives Morning Gloryville right off of Washington Square park in the heart of the village. There was dancing, yoga, tarot reading and amazing treats to kick off the day with a ton of fun and energy. It was lovely being able to have such a crazy morning before work even started!
The BEST part was that I walked out feeling clean, because St. Ives offered a refresh station of face scrubs and body lotion in the bathroom so I could walk out feeling fresh & they handed out spray at the end :)

We're not there yet, but we're getting there! We still are missing our butcher block counter top that will sit in the cutout, and a ton of furniture, but we are close to feeling like this is home! We put in our floors this week (more details on them to come!), finished painting, and this beautiful couch from West Elm came! I will be doing a full tour, with tons of updates on where everything came from in the next week or two! For now, I am off to Barcelona for the week on a work trip! Xo

This week it finally got a bit chillier. I say finally because I am A FAN of 40 degree weather, it really allows you to have fun being creative in getting dressed! I have buttloads of vintage clothing (or vintage inspired dresses) that seemingly should be put away in 40 degree weather, but breaking the rules is fun, isn't it? I love adding tights and a scarf, and making these dresses work all the way thru until winter!
What are some was you transition your clothes?

So, the truth is that I haven't really shared much about my work outside of blogging on here. I guess aside from personal privacy, I haven't really felt like where I've worked has fit my "blog brand" .. if that is even a thing. It isn't that I didn't love where I worked or what I did, it's just that my day-job never really made sense compared to my blog. Before my new job, I was working as a social media strategist, but at a plumbing/construction company. I know that seems SO weird, but many of my family members work in construction so I never minded it much, even though the things I was posting about had NOTHING to do with my blog experience.
Anyway, now I finally work somewhere that makes sense for me. It fits me, and that feels really amazing. I am excited that I joined the team of letgo as their Community Manager. it's a really cool app where you can buy and sell used things (WHICH IS MY OBSESSION!) The plus is that I get to work from home sometimes, and when I am not at home I am in an office in the city where I can bring claude with! It's still very new, and I am adjusting to the new schedule, but here's some pictures of day 1 when I got to walk claude during the day... I haven't been outside walking around in the daytime during the week in SO LONG after being at a desk job, so this feels really special guys...

It has been so lovely outside - unseasonably warm, but I am not complaining! I didn't even need a coat all weekend, which is absolutely wild!
It's about the time that I start searching for holiday gifts (I am always ahead of the game LOL) and this year I've found the perrrfect gift.. a printed tote/shirt/ whatever from YoShirt! I tested it out on myself to see quality, and guys... it's amazing! I took this photo of the phoenicia diner this summer, and Matt has been searching for a little zipper case for camera wires, so I had this made. I absolutely love being able to customize his bag with a happy memory we had! So, if there's someone whose super hard to get a gift for, this is it! :)
