So this girls got some ROOTS. If you thought my hair was this blonde, now you know... it is actually this color. I'd kill to have my natural color back these days, but am so so done with adding ANY dye into my hair. so it looks like i will have an ombre "my hair is in an awkward stage of color" look going on for a while.

Any suggestions on growing out dyed hair?!? MUCH APPRECIATED!!

  2. I love this outfit! The top has a unique fit too it, I love the ruffles.

And I know the struggle of roots. All I would think of is dying it a color close to natural but since you said you didn't want to dye it... I don't know! Maybe biotin? That works for some people. I would suggest really conditioning and treating the dyed hair you have now though.

  4. Biotin is amazing and fish oil!!
When I was transitioning back to my natural color my hairstylist used some chemicals to fade out the dye and bring it back as close as possible to natural. It wasn't harsh like bleach or dye and it definitely helped and prevented me from dealing with different colored roots. Best decision!

  7. I bleached my naturally dark blonde hair and couldn't deal with the super painful grow out after a while so I had my hair dyed with a semi permanent color that matched my roots. It was pretty dark for the first 2 months or so but has since faded to a really subtle ombre. Most colorists I had talked to previously suggested highlighting more to break up the line but I did not want to damage my hair anymore and really just wanted to get it as close back to my natural color. Of course now that I've gotten it pretty much back to it's natural color, I want to change it up again.

  8. It's a good thing the whole ombre look is in! I would kill to ever get to that color! As far as advice goes make sure to condition your hair! It makes the hair overall healthier! Would love for you to stop by for my latest post!

  10. If you do plan on dying ever again, I would suggest balayage highlights or balayage ombre. It looks more subtle and natural while growing out.
