this weekend i flew into FL to watch my college roommate get married. The saturday of her wedding we had a few hours to kill, and ended up going to a pumpkin patch! with october almost over, we realized that we’ve done literally zero fall activities. it’s funny because when we lived in florida we would do them ALL – carve pumpkins, bake pumpkin muffins/ pumpkin pie, dress up, etc. But here, the weather alone feels so festive that all the other “fall” things were put on the back burner. All we really want to do is GO OUTSIDE. I cannot get enough of outside. After work, i grab claude and we walk – i can go for hours! it’s so lovely to not sweat profusely, and to feel invigorated!!!

have you been taking advantage of the “fall”? Any bakers out there? I think next week I’ll bake a pie…
